At the moment we do not support the integration with Garmin connect. To use your files stored on Garmin Connect you will need to manually export your rides activities file by file.
1.Locate the ride activity from Garmin Connect
2.Select the gear icon and Export original from the drop down menu
3.Locate the .fit file from your downloads folder
