What is the difference between Open and Private chat?

Open chat

Think of open chat like Twitter, whatever comments you make in open chat whether it's on your profile, ride or Team can be viewed by your followers.

Note: Your followers will only see you open chats depending on the privacy settings you have set.

Private chat

Think of private like instant messaging whereby you can select the followers you wish to send a private message to and in return they will receive a push notification, email and the private chat icon will be updated with the number of new messages.
