Can I reload activities once they have already been uploaded?

1.First you will need to manually remove the ride activity (Garmin .fit file)  by selecting ‘x’ on the Uploaded Activities list.

2.You will receive a confirmation Pop up once this has been successfully deleted.

3.Now you can re-upload your ride activity following the usual steps, see "Uploading Garmin Files manually"

NOTE: Once you have allocated your ride activity or have created a ride and try to re-upload an existing ride activity, the system will display ‘duplicate file’.
