Rides default to weekly - cannot change the ride frequency

Will be adding a new Calendar feature to enable bunch rides to have weekly, fortnightly or custom ride frequencies, i.e. on the 1st Saturday of every Saturday, or the 1st and 2nd Saturday of very month.
