I have not received a request to join a team/group I administer?

If a friend or team/group member has requested to join a team you administer and you have not received an email, first check your junk mail folder incase your email settings has treated it as spam.

You will also receive a push notification to your mobile phone (if you have downloaded the App and logged in) to let you know of new requests to join a team you administer.

Next log into Bunchrides from a web browser on a PC or tablet and click on the notifications icon. Any new requests will be updated and remain visible until being actioned, either "accept" or "decline".
