If the system cannot find your device, you should check the following:
- Garmin is connected to your PC or device
- The USB cord is connected properly to your Garmin device and computer. You may need to unplug the USB cord from the Garmin and computer, reconnect and recommence.
- Your Garmin device drivers are installed (click on the link to install the software)
- You have the latest version of the Garmin device drivers’ software installed on your computer (the Garmin drivers help your computer communicate with your device and Bunchrides).
You can also try clearing your website cache.
You may find your Garmin connection has been lost if you have recently cleared your browser history or refreshed the Bunchrides page.
