Topics can be created by Team Administrators, if members of your team would like to create their own topic, you'll need to go to the bunchrides.com, go to the top right hand corner to the logout button and select from the drop-down menu 'Administer teams'.
A list of Teams that you administer will be displayed, click on the blue 'Edit' button, which will take you to the backend of the Team Administration section of Bunchrides.
From there, you can click on the members tab and add them as an administrator.
